It Started
With a Rose...

SORRÈVE began with a daughter trying to give her mother something beautiful that would last. After years of gifting flowers that faded too quickly, a rose was sculpted by hand instead. One that could sit on her shelf, be admired every day, and never lose its beauty.

That single rose became the beginning of SORRÈVE. A collection of sculptural candles inspired by art, emotion, and the moments people want to hold onto a little longer.

Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

At SORRÈVE, every piece is handcrafted by hand and made with intentional care. All sales are final on undamaged items. We are committed to resolving any issues with damaged or defective pieces within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles that have been burned, used, or removed from their original packaging.

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include clear photos as proof so we can resolve the issue promptly. If a refund or store credit is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval please contact us at atelier@sorreve.com. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom orders are non-refundable under all circumstances as they are made specifically for you.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, or burning of candles.
