It Started
With a Rose...

SORRÈVE began with a daughter trying to give her mother something beautiful that would last. After years of gifting flowers that faded too quickly, a rose was sculpted by hand instead. One that could sit on her shelf, be admired every day, and never lose its beauty.

That single rose became the beginning of SORRÈVE. A collection of sculptural candles inspired by art, emotion, and the moments people want to hold onto a little longer.

Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship SORRÈVE currently ships within Canada and the United States.

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Custom orders require 2 to 3 weeks of production time before shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on all Canadian and US orders over $75 CAD.

Delivery Times Canadian orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipping. US orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days after shipping. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. SORRÈVE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Duties and Taxes International orders including those shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Packaging Every SORRÈVE order is packaged with care in a gift-ready box. Fragile items are wrapped securely to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days at atelier@sorreve.com with clear photos.

Lost or Stolen Packages SORRÈVE is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SORRÈVE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
