General SORRÈVE is a Canadian handmade candle brand operating out of Richmond Hill, Ontario. All products are handcrafted in small batches and may vary slightly in appearance from product photography. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

Orders By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate. SORRÈVE reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Custom Orders Custom orders require a consultation and are subject to a 2 to 3 week production timeline. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. SORRÈVE is not responsible for custom orders that do not meet expectations based on vague or incomplete instructions provided at the time of inquiry.

Pricing All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. SORRÈVE reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual Property All content on sorreve.com including photography, copy, branding, and product designs are the intellectual property of SORRÈVE and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability SORRÈVE is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of our products. All candles must be used according to the safety instructions provided. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Changes to Terms SORRÈVE reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
